We say, eating right consists of eating many differnet types and varieties of foods. There is never a dull meal when you are eating the proper foods! Some of the things you need could very well already be in your kitchen gathering dust.


Get out Grandma's slow cooker it's time to save money, time and most importantly, YOUR HEALTH!

Getting Started
Start eating healthy today and clean out your kitchen at the same time. Look in the back of your cupboards and pull out your:

  • Slow cooker
  • Blender
  • food processor
  • steaming basket
  • heavy non-stick pan or "seasoned" cast iron skillet
  • old citrus juicer
Now you are on your way. When your done take another minute to clean out your refridgerator. Why? Because you more than likely have food in your fridge that may cause illness, disease, or death.


You may say, "But health food costs too much... Good thing we are not suggesting that you buy health food! We are suggesting you keep fresh un-processed foods that will ultimately save on healthcare costs. We are suggesting you stop buying milk. You can get your vitamins, minerals, and protien from other sources, so you can pocket your milk money and use it elsewhere.
